mywildtrove Return and Refund Policy
Welcome to shop at mywildtrove. To protect your legitimate rights and interests and clarify the responsibilities of both parties, we have formulated the following return and refund policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase. Your purchase behavior will be deemed as your understanding and agreement to the terms of this policy.
1. Basic Conditions for Return Application

Return Time Limit: For non-customized jewelry (natural jewelry, general jewelry), return applications must be submitted within 5 natural days after receiving the goods; customized jewelry does not support returns if there is no quality problem. If there is a quality problem, please contact customer service within 3 natural days after receiving the goods.

Product Status: Returned goods must be in a brand-new and unused state. The product itself, packaging, tags, and accessories (such as gift boxes, certificates, cleaning tools, etc.) must be complete and undamaged, without affecting secondary sales. If the product has wear, stains, deformation, missing accessories, etc., returns cannot be processed.

Special Instructions: Due to the material characteristics of natural jewelry, there may be natural patterns, color differences, etc., which are not considered quality problems, and returns based on this reason are not supported; customized jewelry (such as engraved, exclusive design, etc.) has personalized attributes, so returns and refunds are not allowed for non-product quality problems.
2. Return Application Process

Submit Application: Please log in to your mywildtrove account, enter the "My Orders" page, select the order to be returned, click "Apply for Return", fill in the reason for return, upload photos of the product status (if needed), and wait for customer service review after submission.

Review Result: Customer service will complete the review within 2 working days after receiving the application. If the review is approved, the return address and return instructions will be sent via email or in-site message; if the review is not approved, the specific reason will be explained.

Return Goods: Please send the goods and related accessories back to the designated address within 7 natural days after receiving the approval notice. When returning, please enclose the order number and return applicant information in the package for the warehouse to check. The return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer (except for product quality problems).

Warehouse Inspection: After the warehouse receives the returned goods, it will conduct an inspection within 3 working days. If the inspection is qualified, it will enter the refund process; if the inspection is unqualified, the buyer will be contacted by customer service to explain the situation.
3. Refund Instructions

Refund Time Limit: After the inspection is qualified, the refund will be returned to your payment account in the original way within 3-5 working days. The specific arrival time is subject to the processing cycle of the payment platform or bank.

Refund Amount: For returns due to non-quality problems, the refund amount is the actual payment amount of the product (excluding shipping costs); for returns due to product quality problems, the refund amount is the actual payment amount of the product + return shipping cost (valid shipping cost voucher is required).

Special Cases: If the order uses coupons, discount codes, etc., the refund will be calculated based on the actual payment amount after the discount; if the product has participated in the full reduction activity, and the order amount does not meet the full reduction condition after return, the corresponding full reduction amount shall be deducted when refunding.
4. Definition and Handling of Quality Problems
Product quality problems include but are not limited to: jewelry breakage, falling off, severe peeling of plating, loose gemstones (non-human factors), damaged accessories, etc. If the product you received has quality problems, please contact customer service within the specified time limit, provide the order number, product photos and problem description, and customer service will provide you with solutions such as return and refund, exchange or repair according to the actual situation.
5. Disclaimer
mywildtrove shall not be liable for return and refund for product problems caused by the following situations:

Product damage caused by improper use or maintenance by the buyer (such as contact with chemicals, impact, pulling, etc.);

Product damage or loss caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, logistics and transportation accidents, etc.);

Return applications submitted beyond the specified return time limit;

Missing or damaged product tags, packaging, and accessories, which affect secondary sales.
